These Terms and Conditions regulate the access and use of the website www.sutrantechnology.com (hereinafter, the Website) owned by SUTRAN I MAS D, SL (hereinafter, SUTRAN), with CIF B-65234890 and registered office at Antoni Gaudí s/n. Edifici Olimpic 1ª planta – 08349 – Cabrera de Mar, Barcelona – Spain, as well as the services and products offered by SUTRAN on its website.
SUTRAN offers this website subject to these Terms and Conditions. By visiting the website or using the services or applications on the website, the user accepts these Terms and Conditions.
User registration will not be required to access the website. However, in order to contract any of the services offered by SUTRAN, the User's registration and acceptance of these conditions will be required before making the payment.
Through the website, SUTRAN offers users SUTRAN brand clothing.
These SUTRAN Terms and Conditions described below, define the rights and obligations of SUTRAN and the Users within the framework of the Website. These are the only Terms and Conditions applicable to the use of the website (without prejudice to the fact that for certain services there may be particular conditions) and to the contracting of orders through the website and they replace any other conditions, unless prior agreement and in writing between SUTRAN and the User.
User Data
In order to acquire the products offered through the Website, it will be necessary for the User to register through the registration form available on the Website.
The User will be responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the data and information provided and for restricting access to their computer and their access codes to avoid possible unauthorized uses.
In the event that the User has reason to believe that their data has been made known to a third party, or if they have been used in an unauthorized manner, or are likely to be, they must notify SUTRAN of this situation immediately.
The User must verify that their data is correct and complete and inform SUTRAN when there is any variation and / or modification in the information provided in the purchase process.
Orders and conditions of sale
The services and products offered through the SUTRAN Website are intended for the purchase by Users of SUTRAN brand clothing.
In order to contract a SUTRAN order, the User must be over 18 years of age.
From the Website www.sutrantechnology.com, SUTRAN will send orders to any part of the world.
To place orders through the Website, the User must provide a series of data prior to contracting, through the purchase form, and that will be necessary to manage their purchase order.
Price, payment method and discount codes
Once the data on the form has been completed, the User must proceed to pay the order through the means of payment specified on the Website.
After the payment is made, the User will receive an order confirmation e-mail, which will include a summary of the items purchased, the requested shipping method and the destination address.
If, at the time of payment, an incident occurs that prevents payment, the User will receive an automatic payment error message and his order will not be processed until the payment process is successfully completed.
The prices of the services are expressed in Euros (€), including taxes and management and shipping costs (if applicable), the amount of which will be indicated at the time of final confirmation of each order.
All the prices shown are final prices, the Value Added Tax (VAT) being expressly included where applicable, without prejudice to the fact that the user will have detailed information on the price of the product at all times.
SUTRAN may periodically offer discount codes to its Users. Said discounts may only be applied in accordance with the instructions specified by SUTRAN with respect to each code, and in any case Users may only use a single code per order.
The use of discount codes will not be compatible with certain promotional actions and collections.
Information about SUTRAN products and services
The data included on the website in each description of the products and services, in their photographs, graphic or iconographic representations or videos, as well as trade names, trademarks or distinctive signs of any kind, have a merely informative function. Therefore, SUTRAN declines any responsibility for the appearance of errors in said information, although it undertakes to take all measures at its disposal to correct the aforementioned errors or omissions as soon as possible after having been informed of them.
Returns and right of withdrawal
Returns for manufacturing defects.
The User may return to SUTRAN, free of charge, any product that has a manufacturing defect. Taking into account the nature of the contracted products, the User will have a period of one month from the receipt of their order to notify SUTRAN of their lack of compliance with them. If this period is exceeded, any damages will be assumed by the User.
The return of products with manufacturing defects in them will not entail any additional cost for the User.
To formalize the return, the User must contact SUTRAN within the granted period of one month, in the following contact form, indicating the product or products to be returned and a detailed list of the defects seen in them.
Once SUTRAN has received the User's communication, it will inform you within 3-5 business days whether or not to return the product. In the event that the return proceeds, SUTRAN will indicate to the User how to collect or send the defective product to its offices / warehouses.
The offices / warehouses to which the Users may send the defective product are the following:
-Office in Spain: Antoni Gaudí s/n. Edifici Olimpic 1ª planta – 08349 – Cabrera de Mar, Barcelona (Spain).
Each product to be returned must be unused and with all its labels, packaging and -where appropriate-, documentation and original accessory elements that came with it. If the User does not proceed in this way, SUTRAN reserves the right to deny the return.
Once the product has been received and the defects have been verified, SUTRAN will give the User the possibility to replace the product with another of identical characteristics, unless this option is objectively impossible or disproportionate for SUTRAN.
In the event that for reasons of lack of stock it is not possible to send another product with identical characteristics, the User may choose to terminate the contract (that is, the refund of the amounts paid) or request the shipment of another model that the User voluntarily chooses.
The replacement, the sending of a new model or the termination of the contract will not imply additional costs for the User.
If the User terminates the contract, SUTRAN will refund the entire amount paid to the User for the purchase of the defective product (including shipping costs).
Withdrawal.
In the event that the User is not satisfied with the products received in his order, the User, in accordance with the General Law for the defense of Consumers and Users, will have a period of thirty (30) calendar days to return the entire of the order or, if you prefer, you can return any of the products that make up the total order and all this without any penalty and without indicating the reasons.
However, the User must bear the direct cost of returning to SUTRAN, whether he returns the order in full or if he decides to return only some of the products of the order.
To formalize the return, you must contact SUTRAN. Upon receipt of said communication, SUTRAN will indicate the way to send the order to its offices or warehouses.
The User may send the product to the following SUTRAN offices / warehouses:

SUTRAN is not responsible for the courier company that the User hires for the return of the order. In this sense, SUTRAN recommends that the User require the courier company to provide proof of delivery once the courier has deposited the product in SUTRAN's offices / warehouses, so that the User is aware that the product has been successfully delivered to SUTRAN.
The costs of returning the order (such as shipping costs through courier companies) will be borne directly by the User.
The product must be unused and with all its labels, packaging and -where appropriate-, documentation and original accessory elements that came with it. If the User does not proceed in this way or if the product has suffered any damage, the User accepts that the product may suffer a depreciation or that SUTRAN may refuse the return.
Once SUTRAN receives the order and verifies that it is in good condition, SUTRAN will proceed to return all of the amounts paid by the User (except shipping costs).
SUTRAN informs Users that the term for the return of the amounts paid will be from 5 to 7 calendar days, although the effective collection in the customer's account will depend on the payment method used when buying the product:
Product Exchange Policy
SUTRAN does not admit the change between a product purchased by the User for another product that is offered on the Website.
In the event that the User wants to make the change to a product, they must exercise their right of withdrawal on it and place a new order with the desired product.
Use of the Website
The use of the Website for fraudulent purposes, or related to criminal offenses or illicit activities of any kind is not allowed.
It is also prohibited to send, use or reuse illegal, offensive, abusive, indecent, defamatory, obscene or threatening material of any kind, or that involves a violation of intellectual property rights, trademarks, confidentiality, privacy or any other right, that is otherwise injurious or objectionable to third parties, or whose content contains computer viruses, political propaganda, advertising content, chain mail, mass mailing or any other type of "spam" and, in general, any type of annoyance or inconvenience unnecessary.
The User agrees to make a lawful, diligent, honest and correct use of all the information or content they have access either through the Website or third party websites to which they have access through the links on the Website, and all this under the principles of good faith and with respect at all times to the current legislation and these Terms and Conditions.
Likewise, the User acquires the commitment not to cause maliciously or intentionally damages that may undermine, alter the Website itself, as well as not to introduce or spread computer viruses that may cause unauthorized alterations to the contents or component systems of the Website.
SUTRAN reserves the right to deny access to the Website or even cancel orders to Users who misuse the contents and / or breach any of the conditions that appear in this document.

The intellectual property rights of the page www.sutrantechnology.com, its source code, design, navigation structures and the different elements contained therein are owned by SUTRAN, who has the exclusive exercise of the rights to exploit them in any form and especially, the rights of reproduction, distribution, public communication and transformation, in accordance with the applicable Spanish and European legislation.
SUTRAN informs that it does not grant any express or implicit license or authorization whatsoever on intellectual and / or industrial property rights or on any other right or property related, directly or indirectly, to the contents included in the Website. Partial nullity

Campaign customization
The User is the subject of a random campaign, so the shipping terms applicable to each order may vary randomly. The User's personal data will not be taken into account as a variable when determining the particular conditions of each order.
Notifications
All communications between SUTRAN and the User regarding the contracting of orders through the Website will be made in writing and in accordance with the communication procedures established in these Terms and Conditions for each particular case.
Language
SUTRAN can translate these Terms and Conditions, its Privacy Policy, or any other operating standard, policy or procedure that may be published on the Website. The Spanish version will be the one that prevails in case of conflict.
Ethical policy on suppliers
As a reputable and trustworthy company, committed to the goal of providing high quality products to its customers, SUTRAN recognizes its obligation to ensure that suppliers act ethically. We expect our suppliers to regularly provide an environment that protects the health and safety of employees, as well as their basic human rights. All providers must comply with their national employment laws and regulations, in particular with respect to the following:

SUTRAN will never knowingly purchase supplies from countries that violate the above principles. We also expect our suppliers to translate these principles into dealing with their own suppliers. Due to the sometimes complex nature of our suppliers' supply chain, it is not always possible to monitor and control the conditions of each individual involved in the production of our products. However, as SUTRAN continues to grow, it recognizes the importance of taking initiative and doing everything possible to defend the rights of the people involved in the manufacture of its products.
Applicable law and jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are subject to Spanish law. The parties, in accordance with Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of November 16, which approves the revised text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws, submit to the Courts and Tribunals of the User's place of residence.
Likewise, by virtue of the provisions of the Regulation (EU) No. 524/2013 of the European Parliament and of the Council, of May 21, 2013, regarding the resolution of online disputes in consumer matters, SUTRAN informs you that, in the event of a dispute, the user residing in the European Union may go to the "Online Platform for Conflict Resolution" developed by the European Commission, in order to try to resolve out of court any dispute arising from the provision of services by SUTRAN.

In any case, SUTRAN informs the User that it has a Claim Form through which you can make any complaint or claim in relation to the services provided by SUTRAN.
