Availability of products:

All orders are subject to product availability. If there are incidents regarding its supply, or if there are no items in stock, the customer will be informed immediately and the amount paid will be reimbursed.


The applicable prices are those indicated on the website on the date of the order.

SUTRAN I MAS D, S.L reserves the right to make at any time and without prior notice, the modifications it deems appropriate, being able to update products and prices depending on the news that is appearing.

Processing of orders:

Orders will be sent to the associated address of the order from Monday to Friday within 24 hours after receipt and confirmation of payment.

In case of change of the deliverement address by customer, it will only be possible if the order has not yet been delivered to the courier. In case of a change request a after the order has delivered to the courier, costs of this process will be on customer’s charge.

Orders placed on Fridays (or the last working day) after 1:00 p.m. and weekends will be processed starting next business day.

Post mail: 3 to 5 working days

Courier 48/72h: 48 to 72 working hours.

National shipments (Canary Islands):

Post mail: 5 to 10 working days

International shipments (within the EU)

Courier: 3-7 working days

SUTRAN I MAS D, S.L. won't be responsible for any delays that may occur for reasons beyond management of the order, nor for the customs charges that each country may arbitrarily impose on imported products.

In case the client does not withdraw the order once it is in the customs, it will bear the expenses generated by the return of the order to our warehouses, expenses that will be deducted from the amount of the return of your purchase.

Returns & Exchanges

  • It is recommended to check the content of the order and the garments before removing labels and/or throwing any part of the original packaging
  • Any change or refund must be made within a maximum period of 15 calendar days from the date of receipt of the order. To set up this process you must previously contact our customer service sending a message through our contact form (click here). No returns will be accepted if there is no prior notification by the customer.
  • No claims or refunds will be accepted for those products that are not in the same conditions in which they were sent, or that have been used. It is very important that the product is returned unused, unwashed and with the labels and original packaging.
  • For reasons of hygiene and health will not accept changes or returns on underwear products (boxers and socks) except taras. In this case, the customer will contact the company through our contact form to assess the case individually and agree on how to proceed with the return.
  • All shipping costs caused by change of model, size or color will be on customer's charge.
  • In the event of changes, once we received the garment from the customer and verify the good condition of it, we will provide of a voucher to the customer for the same amount of the garment returned to make a new order within a maximum period of 30 natural days.
  • In case of refund, it will be paid by the same payment system used when placing the order.
  • For returns and/or international exchanges, customer must clearly specify in the package, that the shipment belongs to a "Return of goods". In case of not doing so and that therefore the return generates customs charges, the amount to be paid by Sutran, will be reduced of the customer's ongoing refund.

Applicable legislation and competent jurisdiction:

These general conditions of purchase will be governed and interpreted in accordance with Spanish legislation. Any dispute relating to the interpretation or execution of these general conditions of purchase will be the exclusive competence of the Courts of Barcelona.
